The smarts of a lawyer. The judgment of a minister. The passion of an arts advocate.

Ken learned from his mother and grandmother, both of whom were realtors, that being a real estate professional isn’t about making sales; rather, it’s about connecting people to properties– offering your expertise, vision, and care to guide clients to the decisions that best support the next phase of their lives.

Throughout his journey as an attorney, interfaith minister, and leader in the Philadelphia area arts community, Ken has been a trusted counselor and skilled negotiator who supports his clients in making thoughtful, informed decisions.  A creative, solutions-oriented advocate, Ken draws upon his experience as an 18-year resident of Philadelphia, community connector, and local real estate investor to help people see the big picture and carefully navigate the intricate details inherent in real estate transactions.

Since relocating to Philadelphia from NYC in 2005, where he served as senior vice president and general counsel of luxury retailer Saks Fifth Avenue, Ken has immersed himself in the region’s vibrant arts sector. He was tapped to lead three different arts entities with deep roots in the communities they serve. Ken’s philanthropic service to the local arts sector includes stints as board president of the Philadelphia Cultural Fund and as a vice chair of the board of the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance. He was educated at the University of Virginia School of Law, Georgetown University, the New Seminary for Interfaith Studies, and the London School of Economics.

Whether you are a first-time buyer, an investor, or looking to scale up or downsize, you can count on Ken’s integrity, business acumen, passion for community, and breadth of practice in providing superior client service to deliver the results you deserve.
